We had a terrific experience at Room Service 360! We purchased a beautiful bedroom set which is truly magnificent. We get complements all the time on the high quality and exceptional design. We also purchased a very unique expandable, rotating coffee table which is a true technological masterpiece! The service was absolutely terrific. From the design... phase to the delivery, everything was impeccable. If you are looking for a truly unique, high quality furniture then this is the store for you.

We have a long and great relationship with the Room Service 360. We were introduced to them 6 years ago by our friends who, with the help of Erin&Steve, have furnished 3 houses. Erin&Steve helped us to choose furniture for our NJ house. When furniture was delivered , the assembly crew realized that there was a defect in a mirror. Steve organized fast... reordering and another mirror was delivered soon. Then we were doing renovation of our Fl house. Erin helped us to choose the furniture and place an order. When the furniture arrived to the warehouse our house was not ready, and the company kept our furniture for 8 more months, and only after the house was ready it was delivered to Florida. It is not only the owners (Erin&Steve) very thoughtful and diligent about their customers but the whole personnel is very attentive to your needs. Thank you, Room Service 360, for doing a such excellent job for your customers!

Recently, we bought a new house and needed to completely furnish it. After doing an extensive online research about furniture stores that carry the type of furniture that both my husband and I like, I found Room Service 360. We traveled all the way from Baltimore to Philadelphia to visit their beautiful warehouse and ended up purchasing a... dining table, bedroom set and a living room sofa. We could not be more pleased with the white-glove service that we received and with the furniture that arrived last week. The delivery men were exceptional, accommodating and experienced. The most pain-free furniture purchase we've ever made. Highly recommend for anyone requiring beautiful and good quality furniture.

This is the second time I have placed an order with Steve at Room 360. The first time, I purchased an absolutely beautiful bedroom set, which is still in use today and as lovely, comfortable and exceedingly suitable for the room as ever! More recently, I returned to Room 360 for new dining room pieces. Steve worked with me, online, for hours to... help develop the most coordinated and gorgeous selections ever. We started with the table and proceeded from there. I am in awe at how perfectly the set fits into the space and enhances the entire open area. Steve promised my order would arrive in time for an event I had planned and he made it happen!! The delivery personnel were amazing. They were so professional, so careful and explained to me the operation of the pieces. They even polished them prior to leaving. The quality of the furniture is unmatched. I am proud to show it off! Room 360 is my go-to store for furniture and excellent service in a giant way!!!!

I have ordered from ROOM SERVICE 360 all my furniture , art work , rugs , ultra modern lamps for two bedroom condo in Philadelphia in 2008. I still use all those items successfully till this day. Everything is high quality designers made in Italy and Spain.... Owners of the store were extremely helpful and attentive in the process of choosing items, ordering , delivery and installation . But, more to it, this year, 2018 , I had some flooding in my condo and furniture had to be removed and installed again , some items needed repair . It is TEN years later I emailed to the store hoping for at least some help . To my surprise, owners have sent the crew to pick up and repair heavy cabinets and lifting mechanism of one of the beds. They then brought them back and reinstalled them on the wall again. And all of it FREE of charge! This is an amazing gesture I am very grateful for . Would most definitely recommend their quality furniture and excellent service !!

Found this place on a Google search, and drove all the way from nyc. The quality of the furniture is unbelievable prices are great (comparing to nyc). Steve helped us make the right selections with the in house interior decorator based on the photos we showed them.... Highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again guys and we will definitely be back.

I was decorating a new space and found this online and purchased a whole wall unit and also a large wooden dining room table with 8 leather seats. Steve was extremely helpful and was always willing to help and also suggested many options and worked with me on selecting the right wall unit for my space. Customer service was incredible and the installation... was very professional.

I purchased several furniture pieces (sofa, dining table, chairs, etc.) from Room Service 360 back in 2010. When I had questions while ordering or after placing the order, Steve quickly responded and went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs were fully addressed. Everything was delivered on time, and the quality of the pieces was top notch, just... as I expected from their catalog pictures. To this day, my guests never fail to notice beauty of the pieces, which still look brand new w/ only minimal care. 8 years later, when I needed new furniture, you can easily guess who I contacted without any hesitation. And Steve, yet again, responded quickly and offered his help. Every time our experience was great and every transaction was accurate. The furniture collection is beautiful and great quality. The service is outstanding. The owners are very... helpful and accommodating. Deliveries to South Florida were easy, painless and timely. The delivery crew is friendly and professional. We had referred our friends and family to room service 360 and all had only positive experience. Highly recommend.

All my clients are very happy with my... recommendation of Room Service 360°. Steve is wonderful and easy to communicate with. He has a great taste and knows his business well attending furniture shows all over the world and bringing unique pieces for every budget. His team will always give you a good advice that is unique to your particular style to match the rest of your home decor and be functional for you. If the company promises you that it will take so much time to have your furniture delivered, they will meet promised delivery day. If you don’t see something on their website, you can ask them, and they will do research and offer you other options. Their white glove delivery team is wonderful and polite.

Amazing selection of the finest furniture combined with knowledgeable and friendly customer service. The sales staff spent as much time as need to ensure each piece of furniture we purchased was an exact fit both size and style. They had understood the look we were going for assisted us throughout the process of furnishing our entire home. Delivery... was flawless and the delivery staff were clean and respectful.
