Found this place on a Google search, and drove all the way from nyc. The quality of the furniture is unbelievable prices are great (comparing to nyc). Steve helped us make the right selections with the in house interior decorator based on the photos we showed them.... Highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed. I was decorating a new space and found this online and purchased a whole wall unit and also a large wooden dining room table with 8 leather seats. Steve was extremely helpful and was always willing to help and also suggested many options and worked with me on selecting the right wall unit for my space. Customer service was incredible and the installation... was very professional.

I purchased several furniture pieces (sofa, dining table, chairs, etc.) from Room Service 360 back in 2010. When I had questions while ordering or after placing the order, Steve quickly responded and went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs were fully addressed. Everything was delivered on time, and the quality of the pieces was top notch, just... as I expected from their catalog pictures. To this day, my guests never fail to notice beauty of the pieces, which still look brand new w/ only minimal care. 8 years later, when I needed new furniture, you can easily guess who I contacted without any hesitation. And Steve, yet again, responded quickly and offered his help. Every time our experience was great and every transaction was accurate. The furniture collection is beautiful and great quality. The service is outstanding. The owners are very... helpful and accommodating. Deliveries to South Florida were easy, painless and timely. The delivery crew is friendly and professional. His team will always give you a good advice that is unique to your particular style to match the rest of your home decor and be functional for you. If the company promises you that it will take so much time to have your furniture delivered, they will meet promised delivery day. If you don’t see something on their website, you can ask them, and they will do research and offer you other options. Their white glove delivery team is wonderful and polite.

Amazing selection of the finest furniture combined with knowledgeable and friendly customer service. The sales staff spent as much time as need to ensure each piece of furniture we purchased was an exact fit both size and style. We bought the most comfortable and beautiful sectional from eroomservice360. We have kids and a dog and decided to get a leather sectional. The leather is very soft - great quality, the pillows are nice and wide. It’s the most comfortable and stylish couch we ever saw. The service from eroomservice was superb! Our sectional arrived on a scheduled day and... the crew didn’t leave until the couch was set up and the old couch was moved! We will definitely be back to get other furniture!

We slept on a Magniflex mattress at our friends house when we traveled to Europe. We were so impressed with the comfort of it that decided to look for one upon arriving back to US. It turned out that the authorized dealer is right around the corner. The store is conveniently located, has very beautiful and unique pieces. Guys at the store were very... knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Outstanding experience from placing the order to a final delivery. We will definitely come back.
