We ordered office furniture in Jan ‘25 and it took a while to get here from Italy , but since some pieces were customized it was understandable. I was kept up to date about the manufacturing, shipping etc and yesterday we received... them. The super professional delivery team put out tarps to keep our floors clean and they assembled everything with laser precision ( literally). The quality of the furniture is spectacular ( Uffix / Essence). It was the best delivery experience we ever had.

We have made two purchases from Room 360 in The past year. The quality of their furniture is top-notch. And their customer service goes above and beyond to make It as easy as possible to Receive your furniture. ... I highly recommend their white glove service. When you’re spending this kind of money on your purchase, you want to ensure that it is protected, from the warehouse to your home. They were prompt, clean, and took great care of our piece. If you’re looking for beautiful furniture to enhance your home, I can’t recommend Room 360 highly enough!

I can not explain how wonderful it was to work with Room Service 360. By FAR easier than any other furniture store we have had to deal with. Meghan was WONDERFUL. She was super responsive. We shared the dimensions of the room and what we were looking for and found the perfect couch. We expected it to take a while as it was custom made.... Then when delivery came it was seamless. We need a COI for our building that has taken others WEEKS to get. We had ours immediately. Christina was incredible and turned it out immediately. The drivers were amazing. They were on time. Very friendly and careful bringing everything in and setting it up. The couch is SSSSTTTUUNNING!! We are obsessed with it. It’s more beautiful than we imagined. It was by far the best shopping experience we’ve had.

We were searching for the perfect wall unit for our home in Puerto Rico and were having no sucess until we found room service 360. Working with Megan designing remotely and ordering was seamless and a very positive experience. We have been in the market for furniture for a few months now. We're from NY and have looked on dozens of websites, and visited dozens of stores in NYC, but nothing compared to the products we saw on RoomService360's website. ... We decided to make the trip out to their showroom this past weekend. It was a 2.5 hour drive for us each way, and was well worth it. All of the pieces on display look even nicer in person than on the website. We were assisted by Megan who was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Her suggestions and guidance on colors and materials was amazing. She immediately understood our likes and dislikes. We ended up spending most of the day at the store, and during this time Megan helped us completely furnish our entire home. She showed us fabric, wood, and leather samples for every product we selected so we could get a sense of what each one would looks like. All of the items are so incredibly customizable that it can be almost overwhelming, but with Megan's assistance, the process was easy and actually fun. Thank you for all of your help! We can't wait to see our products in person once they arrive!

RoomService360 is the real deal! They offer a wide range of furniture. We were excited to see the Egeo by Nicoline Italia be offered for a discounted price. What an amazing sectional. The delivery and communication was amazing throughout the whole process. The delivery team came to Arlington, VA from Philadelphia and they were so eager to set... our sectional up and the white box delivery was subpar. Keep it up guys! We will use you again in the future when purchasing high end furniture.

Great selection of modern furniture at very good price points compared to its competitors. We live a long distance from their store, but the shipping charge was really nominal. The delivery team is also great. Whether its the initial delivery and setup or if they need to come back (to make adjustments to our table), these guys know their products and... all of the intricacies and adjustments. Then there's the customer service, which is unbelievable. We had some issues with out table and chairs (which were the fault of the manufacturers) but every time an issue came up, JOSEPH (intentional caps) came through!!! He has been helpful, accommodating, and flexible (regarding our schedule). I could not ask more of any company's customer service. Room Service 360 understands how to do it right.
