RoomService360 is the real deal! They offer a wide range of furniture. We were excited to see the Egeo by Nicoline Italia be offered for a discounted price. What an amazing sectional. The delivery and communication was amazing throughout the whole process. The delivery team came to Arlington, VA from Philadelphia and they were so eager to set... our sectional up and the white box delivery was subpar. Keep it up guys! We will use you again in the future when purchasing high end furniture.

Great selection of modern furniture at very good price points compared to its competitors. We live a long distance from their store, but the shipping charge was really nominal. The delivery team is also great. Whether its the initial delivery and setup or if they need to come back (to make adjustments to our table), these guys know their products and... all of the intricacies and adjustments. Then there's the customer service, which is unbelievable. We had some issues with out table and chairs (which were the fault of the manufacturers) but every time an issue came up, JOSEPH (intentional caps) came through!!! He has been helpful, accommodating, and flexible (regarding our schedule). I could not ask more of any company's customer service. Room Service 360 understands how to do it right. From buying our console to delivery, working with Room Service 360 was a great experience. Their sales people were very helpful and responsive. The delivery men were the best I’ve ever seen. They were careful with our home, knew exactly what they were doing, and cleaned up when they were finished. And they were the nicest men. I’d buy from Room Service... 360 again in a heartbeat.

Room service 360 has provided with gorgeous modern furniture. We already bought four dining tables as the ceramic tops are magnificent and cold and heat resistant. All pieces are intelligently designed, user friendly and functional. We love our latest acquisition: a sectional reclining sofa which has made our living room more enjoyable than ever.... Stunningly beautiful and super easy to use the reclining feature.

My overall experience was exceptional. From finding my furniture online, to designing the layout of rooms with staff by phone and email, from communicating the details of my purchase, to keeping me up to date with the status of my order, and from scheduling my delivery, to the actual white-glove delivery experience, I cannot more highly give a... recommendation to other high-end furniture shoppers. Everything arrived as promised, and their delivery service was the most professional that I have had. I will definitely consider furnishing more of my home with Room Service 360.

I ordered the Cattelan Italia Sting End Table with the Textured Black base and Matte Portoro Ceramic top. It was delivered from Italy within the estimated 12 weeks, was packed securely, and arrived intact. The table is sturdy, weighted well to make it very stable, and composed of quality materials. The Sting met my expectations and I'm very... pleased with my purchase.

Absolutely love! The drawers are large yet still quiet and smooth closing. The look is sleek yet warm. The design allows us to have a desk and dresser in the bedroom without making it feel like an office. We purchased the white glove with installation and it was worth every penny - I don’t know how we would have gotten the large heavy furniture in the... door and assembled on our own. roomservice360 team was on time, quick and professional. Quality materials, quality construction and quality service. You get what you pay for.

Most beautiful bed! We got black leather as we have 4 dogs! It is perfect. Not only elegant to my eye (architect and interior designer) but comfortable for my husband (doctor) and gives a place to sleep and play for all the dogs! Previous bed by BandB Italia was just as beautiful but not made well enough to support dogs and not comfortable enough... (we tried 4 mattresses over 10 years) for my husband !
