Looks, quality, service, attention to detail ... I had the most wonderful experience furnishing my new home with roomservice360. The biggest things that stood out for me was the look they gave my new home, the quality of the furniture and materials, the quality of service from start to end-including delivery/setup and of course the attention to detail that was given by the staff and Erin (my God send). After junking/giving away all of my old furniture and selling my old home in Brooklyn I decided I m going to get everything new for the new place. Coincidently not long before this My sister recently purchased furniture from roomservice360 and she was very very pleased. After hearing her delight I decided to see it for my self. I really did not want to buy furniture from 8 different places and really just wanted to do a one stop shop type of an approach if possible. After getting in touch with roomservice360 (Erin). I was blown away with the meticulous attention to detail she has given my new home. She understood everything I wanted, my budget, my concerns and most important my style. I simply provided her with my dimensions and she literally showed me what my home will look like with the peace’s she had chosen. This was not something I was used to since all my previous purchases I was choosing peace’s on my own and simply had them delivered. This was an experience that really made me understand that I found the right place. Regarding the four elements that stood out the most. Roomservice360 has an amazing showroom that I visited with my husband, I suggest that everyone if possible visit the showroom, however if you don’t it’s ok too. There I was able to see and feel all the furniture on display. The quality is superb. The leathers and the fabrics used feel thick and rich. The hard peace’s look well designed and more importantly well finished on sides, edges and joining peace’s. The staff in the show room is welcoming and extremely helpful. They showed me every option that is available and what else they can do. They were literally bending over backwards to make sure I have the best experience. Finally the last transaction that took place was the delivery and assembly of all furniture. All the furniture arrived not assembled. It was well packaged and really boxed well. The delivery men gently and carefully delivered all the furniture into my home, assembled everything, positioned everything to my likings and most importantly after everything was completed all the trash/boxes/bags/wrapping was removed from the home. This white glove delivery service was AMAZING. Not one scratch, not one scuff mark was left during this process. This was superb!!!! I had such a wonderful experience with RoomService360 from beginning to end! I am a high-end residential interior designer and their products are all top quality. They sent me samples of the finishes so I could select all my furnishings to match all the other elements in the rooms. If they didn’t have samples and I needed to match colors,... they matched them perfectly for me. They kept me informed at all times of delivery dates. My products all arrived on time and were delivered together. The delivery and installation team was absolutely fabulous!!! They were on time, were well prepared, courteous, discreet, ultra careful both with the property and the furniture and suuuuuper clean! They left everything spotless. What an amazing experience! Would absolutely recommend!!!.

Room Service 360 fully furnished my entire law office in a timely manner and at a fair price. Everything is of high quality and looks fantastic. Compliments about the furniture are a plenty every time someone new comes to the office. Also, the installers are some of the most professional I have ever worked with. They were meticulous, quick, clean and... quiet. I cannot recommend Room Service 360 enough. They were a delight to work. They absolutely restored my faith that great customer service still exists out there.

We are completely in love with our new couch! It is the perfect size, color and is very well made. If you want an amazing selection, quality furniture and superb white glove delivery service, room service 360 is the place to go. Starting from their skilled and knowledgeable sales team to the best delivery drivers we have ever (and we mean ever)... encountered. Delivery was timely as promised and the guys really took their time putting the couch together and patiently moving it every way we asked until we were completely satisfied.

I have been a customer of room service 360 for several years and purchased multiple sets of furniture from this store. Their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. Staff members take their time to work with a customer on the design and layout true to the size of your rooms. When the custom ordered armchair turned out to be not so well... manufactured, they took it back for store credit with no questions asked and worked with us to find exactly what we want. I highly recommend room service 360 and will buy from them again.

Real white glove customer service. There was a small manufacturing defect with one of the pieces of furniture we purchased. RoomService360 was totally responsive and took complete ownership to get the problem fixed with the manufacturer in Italy. I would really trust them for any purchase going forward. They stand behind their sales. Also,... whenever they have delivered furniture it is first-rate professional. They take the time to set up the pieces and make detailed leveling adjustments. I am very happy to have made my purchases with RoomService360.

We had a great experience at Room 360. A huge beautiful store and helpful professionals to make the experience pleasant and easy. I can’t say enough. The best thing about my experience was that the salesperson did not hang all over us and just let us look around and decide what we wanted to look at - - - did check in to see if we needed help but... was not bothersome. We ended up buying 3 bedroom sets with night stands, dining room table and chairs, rugs and light fixtures. Thank you Erin for all your help and patience.

First, a huge thank you for the remarkable experience with my big recent order. Buying furniture on line can be scary. Not with Room Service 360. Their website is the best marketplace to buy. Neatly organized with endless options for every item size, color, material. I ordered four big pieces from different designers. All customized. I am very... pleased with what I got. Exactly what I wanted and imagined. Even better! The services were excellent. Help is available immediately on line, phone or message. White glove delivery was superb. When we walked into the showroom we were just looking. A few hours later we had purchased many pieces there. Why? The beautiful furniture and mostly Erin taking us around and demonstrating her expertise and making amazing recommendations on what would look great and fit in our home. She is knowledgable, patient and very talented. I can't recommend Erin or... the store enough.
