Real white glove customer service. There was a small manufacturing defect with one of the pieces of furniture we purchased. RoomService360 was totally responsive and took complete ownership to get the problem fixed with the manufacturer in Italy. I would really trust them for any purchase going forward. They stand behind their sales. Also,... whenever they have delivered furniture it is first-rate professional. They take the time to set up the pieces and make detailed leveling adjustments. I am very happy to have made my purchases with RoomService360.

We had a great experience at Room 360. A huge beautiful store and helpful professionals to make the experience pleasant and easy. I can’t say enough. The best thing about my experience was that the salesperson did not hang all over us and just let us look around and decide what we wanted to look at - - - did check in to see if we needed help but... was not bothersome. We ended up buying 3 bedroom sets with night stands, dining room table and chairs, rugs and light fixtures. Thank you Erin for all your help and patience.

First, a huge thank you for the remarkable experience with my big recent order. Buying furniture on line can be scary. Not with Room Service 360. Their website is the best marketplace to buy. Neatly organized with endless options for every item size, color, material. I ordered four big pieces from different designers. All customized. I am very... pleased with what I got. Exactly what I wanted and imagined. Even better! The services were excellent. Help is available immediately on line, phone or message. White glove delivery was superb. It’s my pleasure to write this review and say a big thank you for all your hard work.

When we walked into the showroom we were just looking. A few hours later we had purchased many pieces there. Why? The beautiful furniture and mostly Erin taking us around and demonstrating her expertise and making amazing recommendations on what would look great and fit in our home. She is knowledgable, patient and very talented. I can't recommend Erin or... the store enough.

Unfortunately, the system does not allow me to make more than five stars, and this store deserves more. Their selection of modern European furniture is outstanding and exceeds whatever we have seen within at least 300 miles. Pricing is reasonable and by no means outrageously inflated (unlike comparable furniture stores in our Washington DC area with... their significantly smaller floor selection). The customer/design service was excellent, all our concerns were taken into account, and we were kept informed about every step in production/shipping/delivery. Delivery and assembly itself were also seamless, professional, and courteous. Strongly recommended.

We have furnished two homes with room service 360 and every time it’s a pleasure, from our visit to the store to delivery and install, our expectations were exceeded. ... They helped us design our bedroom, living and dining room furniture, and also worked with us to refurnish our Miami apartment. The furniture is of the highest quality, but the service they provide is even better. Highly recommended from smallest to largest projects.
