I purchased an Presotto Italia wall unit and could not be happier. The design and quality are outstanding. It arrived on time and the installers worked tirelessly for 7 hours! I love Italian furniture and purchased many pieces in the past, unfortunately not with RS360. I purchased them from... Cappellini, Il Lift, Roche Bobois and Valcucine. Each experience was awful. I was not sure what I was going to do until I found RS360. It was a pleasure working with Erin. I am so pleased with the product and the service.

We have purchased several pieces from RS360 and we could not be happier with the end result. Not only is the customer service beyond superb, the quality, comfort and design of the furniture is amazing. Erin and Steve helped us measure and design all of our pieces so that it comes together tastefully and beautifully. The entire process was painless and... seamless. These guys went above and beyond to help us transform our new construction house into a HOME. The installation crew was extremely helpful and professional. They even took of their shoes before walking into the house. HUGE plus for someone who is a complete clean freak :) I highly recommend this place for all of your furniture needs.

I have purchased various items from this store over the last few years and could not be happier with the quality of the furniture and quality of service I receive each time. The store itself is amazing and you will never deal with salespeople pressuring you. The furniture is all top of the line and is all made in Europe. Quality is amazing. ... Customer service is always excellent. Delivery time is always quick and most of the time you will get your furniture ahead of schedule. You will not be disappointed if you give them a try.

Incredible store and service. If you like contemporary furnishings, you simply cannot do better. Steve and the entire staff are extremely knowledgeable and have a fabulous store, set up so you can see many settings. Their follow through is impeccable!... We live in the Sarasota/Bradenton area of Florida and found Room Service 360 on line. Absolutely better than any place we found locally. We flew to Philly and spent a good day in the store. Found exactly what we wanted and ordered it. Their delivery to our home was terrific! Very professional and everything was exactly as we ordered it, delivered and installed perfectly. Recently we moved again in our area and were very concerned to get the custom wall unit we ordered taken down and professionally installed in our new place. When I called and talked to Steve, he simply said he would take care of it for us... He had a truck coming into our area in the next few weeks, and arranged to have it all handled...and would not take any money.....THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RARELY SEE ANYMORE! We couldn't recommend any merchant more highly... It is that simple.

Let me begin by saying that each and every time we have seen or spoken with Steve or Erin, from Room Service 360, they have surpassed any customer service professionals in all of our previous furniture purchasing experiences. They gave us their undivided attention along with their expert eyes in selecting various furniture pieces, colors, materials and... textures. We ordered furniture for many different rooms and each time the furniture was delivered on time as promised (if not before) and assembled by the most professional and cordial crew. Their furniture is of the highest quality and the showroom is an amazing venue for viewing. We traveled from Ct. to Philadelphia several times to soak in all the beautiful Italian furniture from many designers. We’ve purchased beds, stools, couches, custom wall unit, dining room table & chairs and have been nothing but the most satisfied customers who look forward to purchasing additional pieces from Room Service 360.
