Just wanted to share my amazing experience that I had with Room Service 360. The showroom is beautiful, and the service that was provided was exceptional. I highly recommend Room 360 to anyone who is interested in buying any type of furniture. Everything in their showroom is unique and absolutely one of a kind. I purchased a sectional from them that... is beyond gorgeous. Erin and Steve were very patient with me and provided excellent service.

Great store, lots of options. Furniture that converts and is perfect for small apartments. We recently downsized and purchased smart and stunning dining room solutions that allow us to host bigger parties as well as living room furniture that allow our grandkids to sleep over in comfort. Amazing store and great quality that we use during family gatherings... and holidays but also that are perfectly sized for our smaller space and everyday use by my wife and I. The sales team was knowledgeable and the installers went above and beyond to make the furniture fit perfectly. Thank you to the team, everyone were amazing.

My wife and I had a great experience with both the store and the staff at Room Service 360. Their store carries a lot of different items/brands and mock rooms, which is great to be able to see different styles in person. Unfortunately though, the item we looked to order (Marble coffee table) wasn't on display, but the staff made us feel... comfortable to order it through swatches and different pictures. The ordering process was seamless and support was great throughout - with the item being delivered in a very professional way/through the store staff (e.g. not a 3rd party) and set up/installed in our living room with all packaging/trash being removed and taken by the delivery staff. The staff really go above/beyond to make sure you are satisfied as a customer, while offering competitive/great prices!

When I think of outstanding, going above and beyond customer service, Steve Shapiro always comes to mind. Steve has always provided me with options and recommendations - sincere and helpful. He follows up and cares about the customer experience. Room service 360 has amazing, high quality furniture. I recently drove from NY to Phili and I was very... impressed with the show room . Even though I am a CA resident, I have been E Room Service 360 customer for over a year now. I have purchased quite a few pieces of furniture and table lamps and have been very pleased with their services. It’s hard to find furniture you are looking for at one place, but E Room Service 360 has it all. Their online selection is unique. The website is... nicely designed. It’s easy to find anything you are looking for, and the best of all it’s ALL IN ALL PLACE. I do most of my shopping online and very happy I’ve come across E Room Service 360. My go to person is Steve who has been nothing but professional, reliable, courteous and honest. Steve will go above and beyond to meet his customers’ needs, expectations, and highest level of satisfaction. He always replies to my emails or calls timely and answers all my questions to his best knowledge. He will match or beat any price you find anywhere else. I have no hesitation to purchase anything from E Room Service 360 as what you see and choose that is what you will get. Their delivery services are reliable and as promised. I had one chair delivered with some damage from shipping, but it was replaced with no hassle and air shipped from Italy in no time. Walking into Room Service 360 we encountered beautiful, unique, and high quality furniture. We went to a lot of furniture stores looking for furniture for our new modern custom built home and haven’t seen anything satisfying that can compare. Not to mention hours of looking online. We are on the modern/ minimalist side and were happy to find... gorgeous pieces for our home. It’s been a year and we are completely delighted with our purchases. If you have the opportunity to make a trip and visit their showroom we suggest you do it’s impressive and will help you see what you get. Erin and Steve were the most pleasant people to meet and to work with. They have a wonderful team that made everything seamless. We loved that no one was following us around in the store and gave us the time and space to make our decisions as we shopped and helped us when we asked. Erin is lovely we enjoyed her presence as she come along side us and helped us pick and choose. The delivery crew was very professional from their careful delivery to set up. The whole experience was a pleasure. We highly recommend.

Great selection of modern and contemporary furniture. High quality pieces; the stuff you see online on “typical” furniture websites shouldn’t even be called furniture in comparison. ... After visiting just about every furniture store in and around Philadelphia, and quiet a few in New York, looking to decorate our new house, we walked in and walked out with an order for a beautiful Italian couch...this was even more surprising because until that point the wife and I could not agree on a single piece of anything. The couch was a special order and was delivered timely. The entire experience was absolutely top notch—the delivery people were some of the nicest and politest guys I’ve ever met—absolutely A++ white glove service. This shouldn’t be a surprise, because the sales people in the store were equally awesome. Going back for more pieces of furniture. Highly recommend you visit this store and check out their selection, it is unlike anything we saw elsewhere!

I have been working with room360 on few projects. I can not say enough good things. The design team is very talented and was able to accomodate a number of my projects with unique designs. The quality of furniture is amazing. We have been using in for a number of years in a high-traffic area and it look like new.... Last but not least. The delivery and assembly team is very proffesional, they were able to assemble all the furniture in a timely manner

My first purchase from room service 360 was 4 years ago which included a Leather sectional and kitchen table with chairs. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and delivery. This year I also purchased custom wallpaper/murals that made my rooms look amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I will continue to decorate the rest of my... home using room service 360.

I have been ordering furniture from E room service 360 for the past 8 years. This time around we were working with Steve and his wife Irina on our new project in Miami. As always, it has been an absolute pleasure. Irina has an amazing eye for design and details. All we had to do is send in the floor plan and long and behold we had the entire apartment... designed to the smallest detail. They are professional, reliable, honest and extremely knowledgeable. The furniture, without a doubt, is most beautiful I have ever come across anywhere with choices for every taste and pallet. We are in the process of building a villa in the Caribbean, and even there, E room 360 will be able to help us with the project. They are amazing, there is nothing they can not do for you. The installers are extremely good at what they do. They put the furniture together quickly and neatly. The garbage always gets carried away and Steve’s guys always have high respect for the home they are working in. So if you are looking for 6 star customer service and quality furniture, look no further!!!!

My wife and I are repeat customers of Room Service 360. We go to RS 360 when we want exceptional looking items we cannot find anywhere else. ... We have made several purchases for our new home bar/entertainment room. Erin has been great at helping guide us to make smart choices. She has a great sense of design and has been instrumental in helping in furnishing our house. Erin worked with me to find the perfect dining table, customized to my preferences, as well as beautiful custom chairs. The showroom is large, the furniture is high quality and displayed beautifully.
